I was born in England in 1963 “Wow I am getting old” I am the hands on Boss!

Leaving school at 16 with good qualifications, I started working as an apprentice plumber doing both practical work and going to technical college.

I left college with a higher masters degree in Plumbing and associated building services.

This enabled me to work in the construction industry eventually setting up my own companies.

My companies were members of the Guild of Master Builders and had various client approvals.

I have worked on both residential and large commercial projects mastering many skills both hands on and technical.

I have always worked in the main for myself within both the construction and civil engineering industries.

The last company I had in England turned over in excess of £2.5 million a year and employing 45 people.

Quality approvals to ISO9001, TS16949, VAG6.1, AS9100B, Ford QS and many major customer approvals and accreditations.

Setting up and running a business here was a challenge this company came first then  Beachtown Property Real Estate

Loving what you do makes it easy and seeing the properties and projects gives me a lot of pride and satisfaction.

Biembo is the man that ensures the smooth running of the construction site.

Taking control of materials and there delivery to ensure that there are no delays in the construction process.

Biembo is in charge of directing our team of builders and subcontractors, making sure that the required personnel are on site as required.

A highly skilled individual that has knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade, a proven asset as a problem solver.

He maintains our tools and equipment as required and reports on problems or accidents on site.

I was also born in England I am The wife of Douglas and his business partner.

I have run my own businesses most of my life or managed ones for others.

Moving here I started a new career in real estate first working for Remax and finishing there as the office manager.

I then worked for Century 21 before setting up my own real estate company Beachtown Property with Douglas.

I run the the office and marketing side of the company along with customer and supplier accounts and relations.

My local and national knowledge along with a large database of connections and government bodies ensures nothing is left to chance.

Whether it’s finding the right furniture stores to setting up utilities from legal services to insurance.

I will assist you in all aspects of life style and living here in Las Terrenas and the Dominican Republic I speak both English and Spanish.
