Las Terrenas Architect Services will then formulate a costing structure for the exact service you require that will be clear and concise with up to six revisions all at a fixed price!

The final plans that will be accepted by the Dominican Republic’s department of works can only legally be submitted and signed off by a member of CODIA ( The institute of Dominican architects and surveyors)

Only then can they be approved and passed by the local departments prior to construction permits.

The Dominican Republic has planning rules and regulations very much the same as the USA, Canada and Europe.
