Yes all property and major refurbishment projects must comply to legal regulations and laws, these are not unlike requirements found in the USA, Canada or Europe It depends on the size of the project, but it’s usually from 6 to 12 months. We work to a strict code of practise with permanent onsite management, we send our clients weekly diary reports containing both video and photographs of the construction Yes it is always possible any modifications must be evaluated to decide if the planning regulations allow it.Small changes may be cost free but large changes will be charged at cost. Yes we offer a genuine guarantee on all works the major grey construction is as is normal fixtures and fittings are only covered by the manufactures warranty.
